Teewah / Double Island Fishing Weekend 2017

QPWS Vehicle access permit $12.55 per day (total $25.10) booking required to be done online

Cash for ferry (EFT is not accepted), Maxtrax / Treadz (if you have them), recovery gear, fishing rods, tackle box, bait (on the way up the beach we will be stoping to catch worms and collect pipi's (depending on conditions), camping and vehicle access permits, tent (please bring sand pegs) / caravan, camping gear, water, food, firewood, sunscreen, towel, clothes and chemical toilet.

 

We plan to camp at the far end closest to Freshwater where hot showers ($2 coins for 4 mins) and toilets will be available if you do not have a chemical toilet.

Fires are permitted however if each vehicle could bring some firewood would be awesome.

Saturday 14th October

7am arrive Shell Coles Express Glasshouse Mountains Northbound for 7.30am departure

9am air down hit Teewah beach, search for worming bank, collect pipi's, continue up beach find campsite, set up then head out after lunch for fishing.

Sunday 15th October

Pack up and head home

Morning fish on the way back down the beach towards Noosa
