Condamine Ladies Drive March 22 POSTPONED

Ladies drive

Situated on Queensland famous Scenic Rim, Main Range National Park, encompasses the incredibly spectactular region of rugged peaks and diverse wilderness areas. We will be traversing the classic southern section of the park, superb views unfold before you of giant mountains and valleys. Visting Daggs Falls,  Queen Mary Falls where the waters plunge 40 metres into Spring Creek. Lunch stop in Killarney Hotel or the local park. 

Sunday 22nd March.  We will be meeting in Boonah at Coronation Park just up from the roundbout on left, near BP at 9.00am and departing at 9.15am. Allow 2hrs from northside of Brisbane. 

The Condamine River Road has been closed for some time (before Christmas) due to water damage. On  23-2-22 I called the Southern Downs Council and they are currently grading it so let's hope it is open soon. There is an alternative route if this changes.

Condamine Gorge has rugged cliffs which tower above you. We will have 13 water crossings to navigate with opportunity for many photos until we reach the Head. 

We continue along Spring Creek Rd and the NSW border onto Burnett Ck Road, finishing at Maroon Dam.
