Please note further information for the Fraser Island Cleanup 2018 will be provided over the coming months.

About the Fraser Island Cleanup

Each year The Four Wheel Drive Association Queensland in cooperation with QPWS conduct the Fraser Island Cleanup

Fraser Island Clean up will involve beach driving and camping. Trips will be a combination of beach and inland tracks that can vary from soft to hard, sandy to muddy.

While the main aim of the weekend is the cleanup activity that will take place on Sunday morning, there will be some time for exploring other parts of the island.

It is expected that the popular spots such as Lake McKenzie will be very crowded so we plan to head to other lesser known areas.

Costs:

Vehicle Registration $10.00 each

Registrations are open via www.4wdqldcu.org.au/index.php/registration/q-to-r/qld-4x4-club

Camping and Vehicle access permits are FREE for the cleanup duration. Any camping / vehicle permits before the 18th May and after the 21st May are payable.
