Queensland 4x4 Club Christmas Party - Neurum Creek Bush Retreat 20-21st November
Come along and join the club members at this years club Christmas Party. The club has camping non powered camping sites B1 - B8 and powered sites A4 & A5 booked for the weekend https://www.ncbr.com.au/camp-sites/. Please note that there are limited powered camping (max 5).
This is a pet-friendly event, well-behaved dogs are welcome, please refer to the club's code of ethics rules for pets.
The weekend will be packed full of fun from a drive on Saturday, swimming in the creek, games and activities, Santa, and lots more. Neurum Creek will be arranging an ice cream truck on the Saturday and a coffee truck on Sunday morning.
The club will be providing a free dinner and dessert to members on a Saturday night. Dinner will be woodfire pizza's provided by Deadwood Pizza https://www.facebook.com/deadwoodpizza/ gluten-free and vegan cheese options available for those with dietary requirements. A $20 refundable deposit per adult meal (16yrs +)is required to be paid in cash to the club treasur or via bank deposit unto the club bank account no later than 12th November to confirm your dinner, the deposit will be refunded on your arrival at Neurum Creek by the treasurer. Dinner will be served under the stars so please bring your own table and candle / LED lighting. There will also be a competition of who has the best dressed Christmas-themed campsite and the best dressed Christmas-themed dinner table.

Camping fees - a $7 site fee (applies to all booking first night only) plus $14 adults p/night $8 children 0-16 p/night and for those taking their furry mates a fee of $2.50 per dog p/night applies, those wanting a powered campsite there is an additional charge of $10 per night.

For those who are interested, there will be a drive on Saturday, location and departure times are yet to be set, the drive will be a medium-rated trip. Saturday afternoon we are planning to have some fun games for all ages, not just the kids which will no doubt be great fun. Late afternoon Santa will be flying in to pay the club a visit to give out presents to the kids, if you want your child to receive a present please provide a named gift with an approximate value of $20 to the committee prior to Santa's arrival on the Saturday.
After the dinner on Saturday night we will be having the adult Secret Santa, for those who wish to participate a wrapped unnamed gift to the value of $20 is required to be provided.
